Default Brake padd

I have girodisc rotors and bought the girodisc pads. I'm 70% track and they are OK but noisy on the street. Suggestions for street/track pad would be most appreciated.

I'm running giro disc GP40s which are made for them in Japan.

I'm using carbotech XP12, great pads so far. Good bite on track, take the heat well, much better wear than stock, reasonably priced, and very quiet for me on the street.. only a minor squeek here and there coming to a stop.
