ECM getting hot with ignition off..

With ig off my 165 ECM is getting warm to quite warm. Not hot to touch, though.
With ig off I have disconnected both ECM plugs and have 12 volts on two terminals that I don't understand.

camshaft ID

I have searched and cannot find out about a new camshaft I have had for a long time with 975539 stamped on one end.
1579 is stamped b/t gear and lobe, with CWC opposite that number.
D6 stamped b/t...

I don't have a 1991 FSM.
If sir/air bag deploys is it necessary to replace the DERM?
Are there any other procedures needed to bring vehicle back to safe, driveable condition with respect to this...

"Quiet" side pipes..

..it seems that Sweet Thunder and Allens make/sell 'quiet' side pipes. Who can say which is quieter?
Does anyone have decibel readings for either?
Also, any experiences with spiral or cone shaped...
