The fix on the TSB is Wet sand, refinish and dry. It also states "When refinishing the tonneau in the dealer environment, the concern does not return."

C6 Mfg Paint Defect Verts -TSB below

I had indicated before that the rear glass sunshade left a permanent mark on the rear tonneau. I took it to the dealer today and they found the TSB from GM that identifies and remedies the problem....

Design Defect- convertible top

I have detected a design defect in the convertible top that causes paint to be rubbed on the tonneau. I have spoken to Bowling Green and registered a complaint with Chevrolet Customer Service.
