With well over 100 replies to my post and most supportive and some not I think we need to sum up what I have offered so far to the members here.
I have priced our entire 2008 in stock inv. at just $295.00 over true GM Employee pricing and this includes the $695.00 doc. fee resulting in a very competitive price. Over 80 to choose from.
Will donate $100.00 for each of the first 10 deliveries to St. Judes.
The deposit amount to place your order is just $1000 and is fully refundable and may be placed by credit card.
NO OTHER FEES will be charged to your purchase.
You will receive the same first class customer service that the other 600 or so forum members have received from me.
You will be able to track your order from my website.
Museum delivery as well as local drop ship is available on 2009 orders.
You are still dealing with someone that has helped more forum members purchase a new Corvette in the last 4 years than anyone in the nation but you must ask for me.
I think that is a great package.
As for why I am back with Maxie Price. There are only 4 dealers in the nation that receives enough Corvettes to support my sales. Two are up north and I am a southern guy and have no wishes to live up there again and one is in Ca. two far from my family and friends. That leaves just one that is 10 mins. from my home, Maxie Price.
I look forward to helping another 600 members fill their dream of owning a Corvette.

$295 over GMS sounds like a good deal! Good luck with the new job. I live in Buford, GA so we are not too far from each other.
Do you handle internet sales only or do you actually go to the showroom? Are you selling anything other than corvettes? I went there when I was looking for my 08 Silverado and I didn't really like the salesman's tactics. I ended up buying somewhere else.
Location: Currently somewhere in IL,IN,KY,TN,MS,AL, or FL
As you know, Rick, I was more than completely satisfied with the purchase I made last year from you. You made buying a car fun again. I would gladly pay a premium to deal with you because you make it so easy. On the other hand, I called Maxie Price when I was buying last year and just the phone call was a terrible experience because of the unprofessional attitude they had.
So here's the deal - next time I buy a Corvette I'll offer a $500 "salesman premium" over an above the best deal from all other dealers if you'll offer a $500 "dealership sufferance fee". Is that fair?

In think that you said it as clear and succinctly as possibe.
It's the bottom line and the service for which the transaction will be judged, So glad you were able to parry all the BS and condense the bottom line to Net Pricing and Service.---Good Job.
As I've told you, I am covered up and committed for my '09 but will visit with you when the C7 is available,
As always Rick, you are more than fair and will go the extra mile to insure your customers get the service that they have come to expect from you wherever you may work.
Rick. You were a true gentleman to work with on my 08 purchase and provided me with the most competitive price on the Forum, and I would expect nothing less from you with your new affiliation. Congratulations on your new position with MP and I wish you all the success that can be had. Hope your brother is continuing to do well also.
Welcome back to the Forum...and keep fulfilling our dreams!
Is the $695 the dealer documentation fee? That sounds quite high.
Yes it is high but again the bottom line is all that matters and I have already compensated for $400.00 worth of it by offering our entire in stock inv. at GMS minus $400.00.
