The timing tab is at 2 o'clock but even with it at 12 it still would be off the tab,,,,,any ideas?What would happen if the cam was off a tooth or more?.......Thanks...John W........

I would stay away from epoxy. I have heard a Heli-coil fix is available,but the tooling is cost prohibitive. Why not send it to Lars and let him do the repair. I understand he has the tooling for it...
