Mine was missing the second FOB but it was an error on the driver as he gave the wrong keys at delivery. I have it now.. Owners manual and such was given to me by the courtesy dealer as well...

I had the same issue with Kerbeck when I called the "800" number, however when I called the local "609" number I got someone right away and from there it has been a smooth process.
