Do you feel it was the seat frame or possibly the new foam that changed your seating position? I would actually be ok with sitting up a bit. I also do have tilt and telescopic.

Track prep has always been pretty good. Tire have 6 passes as of now. Starting pressure around 18 and going as low as 13psi. Running all stock suspension along with Pfadt trans brace and ECS diff....

Use the ls1 belt since you are using the ls1...

Use the ls1 belt since you are using the ls1 accessories. Goodyear gatorback is your best bet. Also double check your balancer bolt and the balancer itself.
