This is the picture below from the ECS install manual. Looking at this pic the tensioner bolt seems to go through the swivel arm and appears to be bolted in. On mine it is not attached to anything....

The belt tensioner (roller looking thing) is not attached to anything. Currently I can move it back in forward and up and down with my pinky. I thought it is supposed to be attached, correct?
