With my cam/DRs on a short test i get around 20 on the highway but I cant stay off the gas to get any real numbers.

Correct. 88 represents degrees open. When the throttle plate is 100% open its at 90 degrees. So 88 degrees is basically WOT.

Once the pedal is depressed 90% of the way the pcm sends WOT signal...
