automotivetouchup.com is a good choice. Any metallic is a little tougher, but you got a small spot in a 'best' place for getting a good result.

There is one hex head screw on the bottom facing down of each guard. Removing it requires a 7mm socket or wrench. The guard's mounting clips snap in so you need to pull/tug them free. Some use a pry...
