Less is more......

There is one hex head screw on the bottom facing down of each guard. Removing it requires a 7mm socket or wrench. The guard's mounting clips snap in so you need to pull/tug them free. Some use a pry...

New BFFs

The issue here is a simple one. MY2024 has fallen under the auspices of GM's New World Order. None of us situated with car's prior can expect to understand the nuances of Ultifi, GMs end to end...

Good News

A pink c8 is great advertising. Witness this thread. And the pink color is a wrap. So in a morning at the detail shop, it can be peeled away to reveal it's true color. Actually a pretty effective...

I've used a Jaco digital gauge for several years. Great piece. The pain in the patoot was my air chuck. An old school gas station piece that came in the air compressor box. I'm a once a month tire...

Same Game Different Name

All reasonably priced aftermarket splash guards are made in China. OEM's as well. No branding, they are made by dozens of ubiquitous factories. This one today that one tomorrow. You'll find them with...

When too much is too much more

If you bought a standard edition C8 at $100K are you a candidate for a Z06 at $160K? If you bought a Z06 at $160K are you a candidate for a ZR1 at $200K? Add tax, license, and a smile from the dealer...

Long arm of the law......

Dude and his running buddy have been charged and will be arrested. Likely allowed to surrender to police. Get booked, mug short, etc. And some low bail. Out by Happy Hour. But the wheels of justice...

Enjoy the ride...

I don't consider theft to be an issue. If someone wants the car badly enough, they will figure out a way to take it. And USAA will replace the car. C8s have minimal theft value. No ready market for...
