Is it better to soft launch or try and leave in the 3-4K range?

When they let go it’s a clean brake like you cut them in 2 on a bandsaw

Both times these have been aftermarket 300mm shafts...

Breaking stub shafts

2 tracking outing's same out come.. 2yrs ago on 3rd pass I break the R/H shaft on 2-3 shift, this past weekend on 3rd pass I break the L/H shaft at the line...
Both time with aftermarket upgrade...

The 3.90's aren't bad at all rolling down the highway in 6th at 70-75 only turning 1800-2000 r's

But yes on some roads in 3rd at 70 you lay into she will light up the rears

stock C5 brakes on the rear for me

I am also looking at their 17X5’s for the front but can’t understand why they would require a 5mm spacer

Unfortunately the noise has gotten louder apparently the back lash just wasn’t 100% correct since the diff has about 3-4K miles

I have a set of American racing headers 1 3/4 with air tube connection that were just removed from my 2001, they have 8k miles of use.

Just headers no mid pipes
