Car Inspection and verification prior to sale

I live in Houston TX and am trying to buy a 77 Vette in Bremerton WA. Who does inspection services and verification that the owner is real and not a fraud.

Not sure of the rear end but I had a close ratio M 21 in a previously owned '74. After a lot of thought I am going to pass on the '73 too much work to make it nice.

yes it does so the original 4 speed was swapped...

yes it does so the original 4 speed was swapped out for the 3 speed. Makes perfect sense.

Why hasn't anyone brought up rack and pinion steering. I would think it would be a much more effective system. You can lose a lot of front end weight. and have better response.

Skip Shift Eliminator

The problem with my 1st to 2nd shift will be solved by installing a skip shift eliminator. My local dealer was very helpful and explaining why the problem exists.
