After sitting for an hour after shutting off fuel...

After sitting for an hour after shutting off fuel pressure gauge reads 26 psi.
Going to try cleaning out the EGR to see if the code for that will go away.
Any ides on the "weak pulse" issue?

The key is actually a copy! I hadn't noticed it was not a GM blank. I took out a lock and dropped it by a friend who is a locksmith. He will see if he can make one that works. Thanks!
