I would say those R6's are part of your problem. Likely to already be heat cycled out and will be very slick. Put on some newer R6's or A6's and that will help alot I'm sure.

Good group of guys. I ran with them in my C5Z a few years ago and you get alot of track time. It can be a little crowded on Friday, but by mid Saturday and Sunday, you get all that you want.

Don't know if they make them for corvettes, but I use either FK or Aurora rod ends on my dirt car. They are a little pricey (Teflon lined ones) but they are good quality.
