I bought these tips from a vendor at the NCM 5th anniversary celebration. They worked and fit ok for awhile, but then the welds and clips broke. So look for some good ones.

you can get the C-5 logo like on hood and trunk from any dealer for less than $20 bucks I think.

79 L-82 Engine FS

Complete engine. No carb. All original parts. Was running when removed 6 years ago, has a busted valve spring, and by now needs a complete going through.

Engine is in Yukon, Oklahoma, 14 miles...

It's normal....my C5 does it also.......and as you were told......Crack doors, t-top, and hood just to play it safe...they all flex.

I have a 79 L82 with a turbo 350 trans. The problem is when I shift from park to drive I get a hard bang. I first thought U joints or Rear diff.....NOT!! Turns out the output shaft of the trans...

Broke my speedometer needle..need help

I was doing a dash change out in my 79 when I noticed I had broken the needle. Does anyone know how to replace the needle? :mad All help and suggestions are appreciated.
