1998 Coolant Draining

I want to change the antifreeze in my 1998 and the manual says to open the drain valve on the bottom of the radiator. Does the entire engine drain by doing this or only the radiator? Can anyone help?...

My '98 factory manual lists the battery cable tork at 11 ft. lbs. I looked for atlernative sets and find nothing other that 11 ft. lbs.

With the A/C on only cool air is coming from the two passenger vents. The driver vents are blowing warmer air. Would appreciate your help with any ideas! TKS!

My check gauges light comes on intermitently and "LOW FUEL' is the warning. The gas gauge goes to "EMPTY" even though I have plently of fuel. Can anyone help?
