Takes place in September and the Mid-America headquarters and draws corvettes from the US and several countries. A lot of fun things to do. Go to www.mamotorworks.com/corvette

I drive their so I just drive home at night. I only go one day though, maybe I will stay the night one of these days and go two days.
2-3 hour drive for me
Last year I went on Friday, this year I will go on Saturday.

Saturday is probably the best of the days to go. Sunday is almost as busy. Friday is a little slow, probably because many local people are still working Friday.
I can't wait to go this year for all of the days it's going on. Keep your ears open, 'cause you'll find me at the exhaust wars

I'm hoping to go for the first time. I hear that Corsa Exhausts are usually there installing for free or whatever they do...on the spot type thing. No clue about where to stay but for me, it will be an overnight trip at a minimum.

If you are staying overnight get your wallet out. Our club has stayed at the Comfort Inn and the year before last the price for a room was approx. $140 including tax. Last year we moved to the Hilton the room cost $189.00 plus tax. I will not attend this year it has just got too expensive for me but it was a fun time.

Got my Corsa Extreme exhaust there last year. Great deal!! There are several hotels at the next exit down from Mid America. Can't comment on the pricing though I haven't had to stay at one though because my dad lives about 20 miles away.

I know this is a little dated but my wife says she wants to go to Funfest. So I'm trying to guage if it's worth the cost to go.
I did check on some hotel rates and it seems they hose people for this event. (I know supply demand yaddy yadda whatever)
Is it worth the cost do ya think?
Thanks.
