1977 repairs

I'm looking at a 77 Corvette, Two things that don't work the best. The drivers window goes up and down slow. Also headlights go up ok but have to push back down by hand. Are these easy fixes or not?...

There's more low mile cars out there them you think. It just takes time to find them. I looked for two years and found a 1980 with 3900 orginal mile car that was only 90 miles from me.
