I have solid mounts on my SBC...no issues and in no way can I tell if the vibration increased. I just know the motor isnt bouncing around due to a broken rubber mount.

I started with a zz4 from Scoggin Dickey in my 73 vert. Good running motor but not enough grunt. I sold the zz4 and put in a 383/500hp stroker...much better

Id take a 500+hp 383 stroker before I'd go through the pain of swapping for a big block w/ just 600+hp.

Either way, to get that kind of power a 383 stroker with good parts will cost you atleast 7K...
