It isn't the control module because I switched it with the DS module and the DS works. That is, the drivers side window, lock and mirror work with the PS module, but the PS window, lock and mirror...

It started right up after only doing the ignition on/off procedure with the original key. :) It was a used BCM from Vettenuts who is a supporting vendor on here.

Since yours is for a used BCM then I'll go with that. I just assumed the procedure you put up was for a new one since you said at the end that it would start, but it should not start with a used BCM...
