This is a big undertaking but if you pull each fuse out and put in the fuses place a 12 volt, non powered test lamp, this may help to pinpoint a circuit that is constantly drawing current....

Never did the window seals, but here is a link to a C4. I bet that there is not much difference in the procedure. It should give you at least a guide to go by. Hope it helps...
