No, Base can be 1LT, 2LT, 3LT, or 4LT. It just means it's not a Z06, GS, ZR1 or 427. Most likely it's a 1LT if he's saying the only option is NPP.

New michelins were put on the front. Michelins are on the rear as well. Not sure if a 4 wheel alignment was done but I think it was. Didn't check the tire pressure.

It's a manual transmission. I'm guessing by what HOXXOH is saying that the gearing would be 3.42 with both Z51 and Mag Ride, correct?
