THIS IS WHAT YOU DO !!
Loosen screws holding motor to gearbox
Loosen nut on threaded rod that has a slot for a flat screwdriver.
Then turn threaded rod about two turns--this will relieve pressure...

thanks to all who helped me with info for replacing my bad headlight bushings. It took me 3 hours, but I dont think that was too bad for a 68 yr old fart. Working as good as new, now...
