On my 2007 C6 A6, the tranny housing shift lever arm should be rotated clockwise to the most rearward position for Park. Should be the same for the C7 A8.

Procedure is surely in the shop service manual. Dealer only needs to refer to that or provide such to the local glass replacement shop they outsource their windshield replacement jobs.

RPO BCW just states Red in the 2024 order guide for the Z06 LT6. RPO BCP for the LT2 states Edge Red. I would have thought red or Torch Red for BCW. I can see why the OP is upset.

My DDs have never had an OEM battery not last at least 5 years. So if you are adverse to risk, I would replace at 5 years to be on the safe side. JMHO

:iagree: Me too. Already decided 2 or 3 years ago that a FPC Z06 was not for me for DD use. I am certainly happy GM now offers both C8 variants, one as a track beast and one a street beast.
