Default Bolton LS2's with Fast 102mm Intake Manifold & Ported TB, Dyno Numbers thread !!

Hey,
Heard that the stock Intake manifold of C6's LS2's are crappy, and the Combo of Fast 102mm IM & Ported TB will give the car 15-20whp

So, I made this thread to see real dyno results before and after the installation of Fast Manifold and TB on Bolton C6 LS2, Let's see what the LS2 dyno with FULL BOLTONS.

You can pick up 15-20 with a properly ported LS2 intake & TB and for a fraction of the price of a FAST 102.

RKT56 just did a back to back dyno test this weekend, here is a link.

I picked up 29whp/24wtq with the fast102 unported and an extensive retune. OEM unported throttle body.

Joe doesn't have a Fast 102, but this still might help.

Great results, but I'm looking for bolton's + Fast102 car so we can compare it to LS3 numbers.

Went from 427/422 at wheels to 465/438 at wheels. Only change was from VMAX ported intake manifold to FAST 102 and retune to get VE and PE tables set due to lean condition with FAST 102.

Other mods in place before swap to FAST are in my profile (mild cam, ported TB, Vararam, Patriot Stage 3 heads, LG tubes, Corsa exhaust).. and LOTS of time with HPTuners log data!

My bolton A6 LS2 made 397 SAE corrected (includes underdrive pulley but no electric water pump or ported TB)

Around 400 is what a full bolton LS2 will make. M6s a bit higher.

Did my own wrenching on all mods. Car was tuned by excelsiormotorsports.com in Escondido on his Mainline Dyno.
