I have had good luck with pricing deals from Advance Auto and Pepboys. Advance had PTC and Pepboys, Chicago Rawhide.

There was a website dedicated to wheel bearings, but it's down...

Check with Contemporary Corvette - www.contemporarycorvette.com - they used to have a killer deal.

no matter what happens, you won't get much lower than $175 each.

The best price is Wheel Bearings Inc. They where about $60.00 each. Their website has been down for some time now.

I had bad luck with after market hubs. The AC parts went 200,000 before going bad on my 84 then I went with cheap ones. I went through three rear hubs in 60,000. Went back to AC delco and 30,000 mi. later no problums. I hope you have better luck.

The Last Detail has had some good deals on them. I got some good quality rears there for a very good price, a couple of years ago.

I have to agree with the Last Detail. Purchased a pair from them for $104 each plus $12 shipping. Haven't had any problems with them. Talked to the guy there and he said he has sold over 200 of them and never had a complaint. Seemed like an honest guy and the wheel bearings are of good quality.

I've seen all the different rear bearing hubs, and I think the wheelbearingsinc ones are 100% legit. I will be buying those next time.

Fak! BCA got rid of all their photos. That was an essential part of that thread.

I would NEVER use any hubs but delco. I had some aftermarket hubs put on that I got from Eckler's I think it was and one failed in less than 10K miles and the other failed 3K miles later.

I got mine from Autozone for $99. It was a Timken bearing. Since the original failed after 50,000 miles I figured aftermarket couldn't be any worse. I've had it in the car for three years now with no problems. Put on about 6000 miles so far.

I thought that guy who bought from Wheelbearingsinc didn't like them? They were shot after one track day and teh studs were spinning in teh holes.

Anyway, my local NAPA had them for $149 each, but I know the owner. Regular price is $207.
