If you tip it up, and the driveshaft's not in there, you'll get oil everywhere !! Fill it up after you put the tranny in. If it's already full, and you don't have a spare output yoke to stick in...

Are you adjusting the fit of the hood or the latches at the rear? The front has shims and bolts, the latches have bolts. Be careful if adjusting up by the hood hinges..

Thanks. The LF is the one that's hotter than the RF. Alignment is good, had it checked at two different places, caster/camber/toe in same on both wheels.

Yup, don't trust anybody...

I've never had anybody else build my motors, and none have had any problems, either. You need to double-check anybody's work. Taking a motor out, rebuilding it, and putting back in is a LOT of work....

O2 bung

Just put the bung in the pipe just after the header. With LT headers, the exhaust is too cool for the O2 sensor. As everyone else has said, you will need heated sensors anyway.

Stock LT1, 130k miles - Silver State Classic last Sept. Averaged 130.0001 for 90 miles, did 154 on top end with 30 mile head wind, still pulling in 6th.
