Any of your local car part shops have them. There just a standard GM part that fits several GM cars. AutoZone, Advance, NAPA, Carquest, O'Reilly or any of the Vette Part vendors

84 thru early 87 have round wire connectors and late 87 thru 96 have flat connectors

have an 84-early 87 purchased as used, but working.

you need to state year of the tracks as the power connection plugs are different depending on the year some have round pins and other square pins on the plugs. year they changed is 87 late thru 96

Targa tops can be sanded and polished the same way clear coat paint is finished or use a power polisher / buffer using a polishing compound and then polish and use Mothers CMX ceramic spray
