Do you have after market wheels. If so it may be tough to program if the wheels are magnetic. I had to program mine out of wheels

Clean or remove the utters under the wiper motor. Unplug the wiper motor see if problems go away. Than change out the wiper motor (advanced auto) about $60.

I had that problem also. Was running to air pressure to low in front tires. Run about 35 psi.
That cured my problem.

Take out wiper motor and check for water in the park circuit. Also make sure the windshield basin nipples are clean so the basin does not hold water.
