Coupler Bolts Torque and Locktight Specs

I have a 10mm torque tube. Does anybody know what the torque specs are for the coupler bolts? What type of locktight should I use? Thanks

I emailed RPM today and they said the rebuild kit...

I emailed RPM today and they said the rebuild kit was $375 plus shipping and included 2 couplers, 3 bearings and a slinger. I forgot to ask what type of couplers they were.
