Fixing window lift

Can anybody tell me what I have to dismantle on the door to repair power window? Mine '87 has the " tape" as they call it. It must be an early build, using leftover '86 parts.

Is there a link to repairing power windows? I guess the "plastic ribbon" broke. Can't see anything. I need to know how to take it apart and where can I get the ribbon, if that's what it is, thanks

I'll sell you my '87 never been in a flood and runs great. If you want to fix it up it can use it.but I' m up here in central PA. $4700 buys it from loan company.
