Could also be a bad AFM lifter……if you get a missfire code on AFM cylinders 1,7, 2 or 6.

Well it took me over an hour but I got that damned special rear split nut back in place and then managed to get that long 13mm bolt to catch a thread and finally tightened it down👍😂

On the A/C compressor swings on the upper mount. There appears to be a nut insert of some kind on the upper rear compressor case mount that the long 13 mm bolt engages. I lost the insert somewhere...

I confirmed cylinder #6 AFM exhaust rocker arm is not moving.

So I have a collapsed AFM lifter.

Agreed, since this is on cylinder 6 which is one of the cylinders in the Economy mode I wonder if this is the issue with the cylinder #6 AFM disabling lifters as there is a class action lawsuit...

I have the full set of Helm manuals and when a P0306 sets the fuel injector is turned off for that cylinder to save the cat.
