Once you get them cleaned up, try to find the plastic covers that cover the sill. I can't remember where I bought mine but they are virtually invisible. I've had them on my '17 since I bought it new.

It's going back in on Thursday for an update. Apparently, the dealership doesn't have anyone to do this. Some guy travels around the dealers to provide this service.

It's been over 30 minutes with no change or progress in the update. It seems like it times out and restarts...
