Rewiring 1970 wiper motor

looking for some help to rewire wiper motor.1970
I bought this about a month ago and going through it I find the wiring for the wiper motor has been eliminated completely (don't know why) no wires...

Hi Jim;
it has the stock breather and the filter seems to be clean.Valve covers are stock.I might add it doesn't smoke through the exhaust either.

where to start,dipstick blowback

I have a 1970 BB 454 that seems to be having a problem with oil blowback out the dipstick,It doesn't do this under normal driving but if you get into it a bit it will blow oil out the dipstick..

The person I got this from was going to repaint and took them off,they come with the car and also the original side...
