If the fifth number of the vin is a 4 then it's a L-82. If it's 8 then it;s a L-48. As others have stated, the numbers and letters on the block stamp pad will tell exactly what engine it really is.

You will probably have to modify the end of the wire harness with different size crimp on spade connectors you can get at home depot or any hardware store. You will need the crimping pliers too.
