I wouldnt so much call it a "good" deal but they were able to get me out of it, since I was soo much upside down, and put me into a new car while still lowering my monthly payment. I think I did ok....

Nope, original motor but it did have the following as problems:

Transmission failures, resulting in one new trans and one rebuild.
Brake failures, left rear warped rotors and chewed pads monthly....
