I'd probably skip the plugs too unless they are cheap. I'm at 700+ crank hp on stock...

Just another data point. I finished my e85 build this spring, 626rwhp. Put about 700 miles on it this year on the stock pump, no issues.

Also if you ever plan on changing cam, I'd do that first. I went from stock to a built motor with K501 cam, no exhaust changes, and the difference in sound was seriously hard to believe. Never knew...

626rwhp here on e85 and stock pump, no BAP. No issues so far, but i've only got maybe 100 miles on the setup. My shop said they haven't seen issues with stock pumps in this setup yet.

Yea when you go e85 you might as well make use of its octane. Got to watch the cam's dynamic compression ratio though. That compression wouldn't have worked with a Katech Torquer
