The door windows can be adjusted. Your's may be adjusted inward too far at the top. If you move them too far out though, you will get water leaks and if tooooo far out wind noise.

The two items are not related except for grounds and the battery. Since the grounds are clean, check the battery voltage, and the terminals for tight and clean.

It was an air leak. The motor would cycle on and off to keep the bag inflated. I have not replaced the bag yet I'm not sure if it's part of the seat cushion or seat cover.

I had a hum in my 2000 and it was a leaky bolster in my sport seat. I pulled the fuse and it stopped, and my battery drain went back to normal. The seats still worked fine.
