Hmmm...I removed the internal cruise control stuff a couple of years ago. I suppose I can remove this too then.

Aftermarket intake interferes w/ valve covers

Trying to install an Edelbrock RPM Air-Gap. A quick test fit reveals that the intake wont sit on the heads/gaskets, but instead rests on the lip of the valve covers. Anyone else have this problem...

Thanks for the info.

Looks like I'll have to go with a drop base filter in either case. Now I just need to decide if I want to spend the money on a new intake and all that goes with it....
