I for one am a fan of the car.... Looks like mine! Buying cars today is not like it was a few years ago. WGG is a great color and those stripes disappear at night. If it makes you smile go for it!

On the chrome rims I had on my C6 GS I would use a wet rag with barkeepers friend on it. Trick I picked up from cleaning motorcycle spokes. Wash and rinse well, it does a great job.

I would recommend you also have your differential fluid changed at 500 miles. When I changed mine it had a definite metallic sheen from the gears wearing in. Good luck!
