I agree on checking alignment first ,it can do wonders for a bad handling car. Set camber at - 1.0 ; but a +.2 toe total ( toed in) on the rear will keep the rear from stepping out early.

Correct as above stated - the key is not to jack up one side at a time to replace. Have both sides fully suspended or at equal heights.

Fully suspended gives you more wrench room.

My car goes 12.50 - 12.80 et , 112 - 115 mph depending on altitude density. I've never had a 60ft under 2.0 with 220 tread wear...
