'62 Corvette stolen during Monterey Car Week

Pat,
I sent an email out to everyone I know who would know what a 62 Corvette is yesterday!
My wife Stacy who you met at the races is asking all around the Pacific Grove High School (where she works) to see if anyone around has heard or seen anything. Our local news talks about three cars stolen 2 Impalas and a 57 Chevy and they do not talk about your car and she will be asking her friend (PG Sargent) why they are not discussing your car in the media???? I was mad and upset for you and Terry all night and I pray that Carma gets the A holes who did this!
Our thoughts are with you both and we hope your 62 is found and in good shape.

Yea, it doesn't make sense why my car is not being discussed.
I did pay for a picture and a write-up that will be coming out in the Pine Cone Newspaper.
Additionally, the publisher told me that they are going to run a news story on it as well.
Hopefully that will generate some discussion!

This just sickens me I would KILL FOR A CAR LIKE THIS now all I can say is I would KILL the persons that took this Familys Pride & Joy I know it is just a car but after 20 yrs it becomes part of the family. My fear is that it is in some container ship heading out to some P.O.S. That has money but is so xxxxxx up in the head he has to have someone steal someone else's Pride & Joy. A car like this is not stolen by Kid's it is stolen by Pro's my heart hurts for the owners I dont know but I wish the best to you. I pray the Police find it and the thieves that took it I dont know what I would do if it happened to me and my car, My car is a 1/10 of car as this one. To the owners may you previal in the end how ever it should be.

Also, how far are you from California Ave? We have some friends who inherited a house on that street in the Willow Glen area. Beautiful area!
