Nice story. I like what you have done. You can extend the nose, paint the a pillar blue and align the side vent with the rear fender.

The car looks fantastic! I've wondered why nobody colormatches the biggest eyesore that is the tail light bezels. Keep up the great work

GM set the height.

A lot of downside and I sure some kid that slammed his will chirp in how it rides fine BS!
Only so much spring there!
Adjusting the bolts does not change spring preload or rate. Sounds like you are the one with no idea. Any possible leverage difference will be offset by lower CG. Sounds like "gm knows best. If they didn't do it, theres a reason!" Nut swinger. If that were the case, the aftermarket would not exist.

Thanks Scott, I am going to start the left seat conversion tomorrow and I check on how the lower cover is attached when I have the seat out.

Look what I made! No off the shelf frame for me. Custom shaped to match the rear facia angles, carbon flash metallic powder coated, 3D silhouette cutout with a Laguna blue metallic colored background insert. Do you like it? Do you wish you had one?

I like it, but I'd change the finish and leave off the sillouette...

I'd do either a carbon flash matte or a carbon flash gloss, the finish now looks homemade....I don't want any silhouette, the car has too much "surface entertainment" now, (any C7, not yours)

Oh yeah, just my opin......lol

Agree on the finish but I for one like the silhouette a lot!

Thanks glen, the finish is gloss carbon flash metallic powder coat but it was hard for me to photograph. I can make a plain one for you, with no silhouette and you can paint it anyway you want. Opinion noted

Went to the HRE Wheels open house on Saturday and the car was on display with the new FlowForm wheels on it. This set were still the prototypes so I had to leave them there when I left. Had a great time and really enjoyed all the HRE employees and the tour of the factory. I now understand why they are one of the best wheel manufactures out there. It was a massive car show with some very high end cars. I also ordered the wheels I wanted and now I have to wait for them to get machined special just for me.

Swapped out the carbon fiber Lashway splitter for a TKO Performance carbon fiber splitter for 2 reasons. One, I wanted a more aggressive look and two, I slightly cracked the Lashway splitter reinstalling it after I had a clear bra put on. Anybody want to buy a splitter? I will post it in the for sale section with pictures or pm me. I can ship it.

5 weeks later and my HRE P101 in brushed tinted clear came in. These one off wheels were built with the exact offsets I wanted, in the sizes I wanted and the finish I wanted. Thank you to HRE for making a fantastic product and providing top notch service.

Wheels are 20x9.5 in the front, 21x12 in the rear
Tires are Pirelli Pzero 265/30R20 and 325/25R21
