Default Head unit blue tooth

I have an 08 base conv. nav head unit none blue tooth, can I add it with an module out of an 09 Z06?

Basically no. BT is built into the OnStar module, not the radio.

BT on the Vette is crap, so you're not missing much. I can only answer calls. If I need to call somebody, need to dial from the phone. Fortunately, all I wanted it for is to answer calls, which I do momentarily when necessary. But it'd have been nice to have the nav screen interface most cars have.
