Default 2009 A6 Dyno results

I got a chance to dyno my bone stock 2009 c6 a6 last night and was happy with the results.. 398 hp 401 tq on dyno jet dyno in 4th gear. I am getting ready to swap in new bone stock LS7 wet sump engine in the next couple weeks and just wanted to compare numbers. This car has been a best of 11.79 @ 119.98 so far stock but the real question is "How fast will it go now?" Stay Tuned... car has perf rear opt and npp. Npp mufflers will be for sale in the next couple weeks..

Do I know you ? Have you ever been to the Corvette Challenge race at Englishtown... we have 2 races left this yrs Nov 6th and the last one for the Top 16 that one pays $1000 to the winner and will be Nov 13th I am in 13th place and its looking good I'll make the $1000 race on Nov 13th...

If your free try and make it to the track, there should be app 60 + Vetts racing in several classes from Bracket racing to 8.50 Index...

That's very quick for being stock and very high numbers for a stock A6.

Are you sure the car was never tuned?

I will get dyno sheet up soon(once I figure out how to do that). I ordered this car brand new from GM and have never done anything to it. It goes 12.00-12.20 most of the time.. 11 second time slips have come on good da days with 1.80-1.84 60's on runflats.

Congrats on the dyno #'s and 11 sec times.

You need to post your 11 sec timeslips here http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-t...lenge-230.html

You will be 1 of 3 bone stock LS3's in the 11's

Were these 'Actual' numbers or 'SAE Corrected'?

Could you post details on your launch technique? Like launch rpm, tire pressure, traction control and/or AH, etc.

Yep, another bone-stock 11 second LS3 would be impressive to see.

those #s seem too good to be true. My 08 with all the bolt ons (z06 exhaust instead of longtubes/no cats) made 412 rwhp through an mn6.

It's possible, my car made 394rwhp / 378rwtq SAE bone stock on an 08 A6. The odd part is our cars don't make more torque than rwhp, so I do question those numbers as that doesn't make sense.

It's interesting that the difference of peak HP running in 3rd and 4th was almost identical.

The only Dyno sheet needed is a time slip or 1/4 mile numbers.. Too much hype, IMO, as to Dyno Sheets.
Try putting a 3600 Yank in that bad boy and see how your numbers improve....you'll love it. Got one in mine. Very streetable.
