Default Questions about Service Active Handling "fix"

I went to fix the problem with my '06 2LT displaying the "Service Active Handling System" today using the information posted in this thread:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1720949

I purchased the little orange clip:

But when i got under the dash and removed the kick panel, I didn't see what was being described. I removed the metal bracket that the kick panel bolts to for better access. I STILL cannot find a connector that the orange clip will fit. The orange clip appears to fit a 6-wire connector when the closest thing I can find is a 4-wire. The service manual does not mention a SWPS sensor or circuit C202 only a steering angle sensor and vague information for that. Please help! I have attached some photos of the under dash area:

What should I be looking for? Can someone at least tell me what color the wires are?

Just FYI--
I posted in that thread a year ago (post #27).

I noticed that the way some of the harnesses were routed around the airbag wiring, it was also adding to the pulling whenever the wheel telescoped. So I unplugged not only the active handling column sensor, but the main column harness as well (the big one with the big swinging U-shaped plastic locking lever), and did a little repositioning of the wire bundles so as to minimize the pulling. Snapped everything back together.

I didnt buy the retainer you show, but just did what I said above. Before the procedure, I was getting the warning nearly every time i drove, but its been over a year and over 25,000 miles since my reroute/reseat fix, and the problem has NEVER resurfaced.

I'll watch this thread with interest as I got a Service Active Handling warning more than a month ago. I have't seen another warning since but I'm gathering info in case I need to fix the problem.

I may have missed it in the original DIY repair thread...what is the purpose of the little orange clip and where was that referred to?

Also, there may be a newer TSB on this. My service advisor mentioned the most current TSB is: 06.02.35.002B

I'm going to see if I can get a copy of this later today.

I dont think you need the clip. This seems to be a pretty common problem I think the wires just need a little more slack so the connector doesnt come loose.
