Dear members please beware of member GNTurbo1. Some of you have seen my thread tiled 2007 Complete LS7 For Sale. My father has fell ill, and I decided to sell all the parts I've purchased over the past year or so for my project. GNTurbo1 contacted me on the thread, and was interested in the Engine and Transmission, to make a long story short, he purchase the LS7 Engine and Transmission, and received them on 10/28/2011 and then decided to dispute the payment with Paypal today stating that he has never received the items. He as made me three payments for the items mentioned above, over a week period. First a deposit, then two payments of halves. I received the disputes from pay pal less than an hour ago, and I've decided to contact him, but his phone number is disconnected. Below is the original post on my thread for his interest in the items mentioned, also a copy of the shipping receipt with tracking number, and also the website to track the shipment with. http://www.xgsi.com tracking number 6797358. Once again please beware of this member GNTurbo1. Also refer to his post titled "Wanted complete LS7 DROP OUT".

I think he bought it from me and sold it Mahdavi MotorSports, and had picked up from my house straight to their address, and now he's disputing that he never received it, even though he's the one that setup the shipping. WOW.

Yeah, but Mahdavi are not the ones that bought the engine from me. They bought it from him, and they received it from me, I'm going to contact Mahdavi tomorrow.

Spoke with David, thanks a lot for all your help. Called Madhavi and, they sound legit, and helpful. Will call Paypal after Madhavi calls me back, with more info.

Since the engine was fraudulently purchased, the engine should still belong to the original owner. Mahdavi is essentially the recipient of stolen goods, and will probably need to surrender the property. Make sure you're getting local (OP, buyer, and Recipient of goods) law enforcement involved.

Called Paypal and left a voice mail to the contact David gave me. Spoke with Mahdavi, and It's amazing he actually sold both for 4k over what he bought it from me for, and he still isn't happy. I got the contact info he gave Mahdavi, and I'm contacting the police and getting things going. Will keep all of you posted.

I googled Brooklyn's Best Audio, and they're no longer in business, his dad is Mike, I know cause I spoke with him during negotiation, and he's the one that sold the engine and tranny to Mahdavi. Thanks for all your help sire, highly appreciated.

Well Paypal just sent me an email telling me that they have royally screwed me, they have resolved the issue in a day, in favor of the buyer, which is that scumbag, scammer, punk. Here is one of the three emails from Paypal to total out the full price.

He sold me a motor incomplete.
Then this caused me to resell it to my customer incomplete.

I called him a number of times and he assured me he would send the parts.
I realized he does not know how to conduct a business transaction honestly.
LAST WEEK I sent him "ADBELMOHSON" a shipping label which I paid
$250. next day delivery so I could send the rest of the parts to my customer. I did this because my customer was concerned.

At this point ADBEL assured me he sent out the missing parts on Friday of last week(after waiting two weeks). I realize ADBEL is a liar. I tracked the shipping label Friday night and again this morning and see he has NEVER sent it out Now ADBEL!!! MY customer has filed a complaint against me.
IF you ADBELMOHSON had followed through we would not be having this discussion.
We are all waiting to here ADBELMOHSON in California's reply

You're a lair, tell me what's missing? and why did you change your number, and why when I asked you why did the shipping label say it was going to GA, your dad called me back and told me that it just must be a hub out there but it's going to you in NJ, now in the dispute on paypal it doesn't say you were missing a part or so, it says you never received the whole shipment. Wow kid you got some nerve, but you're quit stupid cause you just confirmed to Paypal that you have received this motor and transmission, when you lied and you said you didn't. Thank you for your assistance.
