Default New Splitter and Skirts Installed (pics)

Just got my replacement ZR1 front splitter installed and some side skirts as well. They are from RPI.

My previous splitter was destoyed recently. See thread: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-z...-snowplow.html

I have a mobile detailing service come by once a week and he just snapped these pics. He does good work and very reasonably priced so if you are in the Dallas area, here is his email address: michael@ultrashine.biz

I want to thank Adam at RSI for hooking me up with a great installer and also thanks go out the RPI for getting my replacement splitter sent out so quickly.

Next on the agenda is a new set of wheels and tires. Also thinking of replacing the rear spoiler with the one from Katech.

Great looking Z06 Can't go wrong with the Katech rear spoiler, it finishes off the look perfectly

Yes, I am certain this wont be the last one. What I need is a crew that can change them in 6 seconds like they change the front wings on an F1 car.

No, its lowered on stock bolts. All the way in the front and the rear bushings were cut on the rears. Clearance in the front is 3.5 inches. The side skirts sit 2.5 inches off the ground.

Hey just wondering...did you install the skirts yourself?

I ordered the same skirts and there currently sitting in buffalo, I was thinking of just taking some tools over and installing them there instead of paying tax over the border on them.

If you installed these yourself, do you mind giving me some pointers, tips, or instructions?

Thanks,

Jimmy

Sorry, I didnt do it myself. I took it to a local speed shop and had it done. Perhaps some other forum members could chime in and give you some instructions

Now all you need is the Katech spoiler to air balance the car.
