Amber Front Running Lights.....
Does anyone make a kit to convert the amber running lights to a white light...24/7 yet still blinks amber when 4-way flasher or turn signals are enabled?
I know there is a kit that makes the lights white at night but remains amber during the day.
I assume (Watch it MC!) That at night, the turn sigs still blink amber....so what I want shouldn't be too complicated......

Nope...don't do what I want...
I want white lights all the time and only amber when turn signals or 4-way flasher are on.
Switchbacks are amber with headlights off and only become white when headlights are turned on.
(According to CorvetteMods1, anyway.)

Your wrong about corvette mods switchbacks only being white when the headlights are on also. I do it all the time even during the day. The only catch is using the 1 turn parking lights (side markers and tail lights) must be on. Headlights will turn on if using auto or 2 turns to headlights.

As mentioned/linked above, the Triton V3 LED's from VLED's have an extra module that senses when the turn signals are in constant-on DRL mode and will switch them to white.
Turn signals are always amber.
With the head lights/parking lights/fog lights on, they are white like all of the other typical switchback LED's, with amber turn signals.
Disclaimer: I've followed this technology closely but I have yet to read anything about whether there are any long-term reliability issues or not.

Me too. GM got that one right. I'm sorry to see them give in.
I suspect white DRLs have caused more accidents than they've prevented, because they're almost as good as headlights - so drivers often forget to turn on the actual headlights at night. That wouldn't be so bad, except that with the headlights off, the taillights aren't illuminated.

Please let us know how they work out.
I kind of like the idea too, but I've been waiting for more user input.
I have VLED tail light LED "bulbs" and have had good customer service from them.

I have switchbacks & I'm actually going to switch back, to the incandescent bulbs as the LEDs are not as bright as the incandescent. I saw my car next to another C6 from a distance & his DRL's were much brighter than mine.

JWMotoring (a vendor here) can get you switchbacks that will do exactly what you want or go the route that I went since I dont like the looks of ANY amber and have Jhonathan get you switchbacks that are white only. No amber at all.
