The $77 deal is done but has been replaced by one that is 7 or 8 dollars more. Once you add the taxes and the government mandated fee paid to the artists it totals around $97. You can also get 5 months for $25. I usually put two radios on seasonal hold and then reactivate them from June through October. Then I have a radio in my wife's daily driver on a yearly subscription along with one for the house. Dealing with XM seems to have gotten better over the last two years. When I call into them the people on the other end of the line are willing to work with me on subscription costs Vs acting like a mob run call center trying to steal your money. Maybe the management at Sirius/XM woke up to the fact they were ruining their business with their poor Customer Service.

just signed up for $86.00 a year last night, waived all other fees. XM just lapsed 3 weeks ago and got my first "we want you back" ltr.

I keep on waiting for the $25 for 6 month deal. I have three cars that have XM connectivity and I am always getting the $25 offer in the mail, which is good for any of the cars.

I was surprised when I tried to transfer my Sirius deal from my Challenger to my Corvette that it could not be done on the same account. They had to close to Sirius account and credit the amount to a new XM account.
I then learned that channels that are in the Sirius mid range product are only available in the XM high end package. So I have to pay for using XM to get the same channels I had on Sirius.

I got it for $90.78 for the 3rd straight year. Good enough price for me to keep it activated.

My wife used to have it and she canceled it after I ripped out her stock radio and put in an aftermarket without an XM module. They started to offer her a 6 month $29 deal and she told them she sold the car to get rid of their persistent nagging. But then my son got a different car that came with XM and she called them and signed him up for that same deal.

Never settle for the first and second offer they give you. I have been through this several times with them. In the end, I tell them I want the same $25 for 6 month deal or else forget about it! They will eventually give it to you in the end, but they have to try and push the more expensive offers first.

Does that seasonal hold work with the $25/5 month deal? I just renewed 3 vehicles at the $29/6 month rate ($25/5 month not available at the time but still works out to the same per month), but only a couple will be used during the coming winter months. 2 of the others will probably be stuck inside once the weather turns bad. Just curious how it works.
They were very good with me as well, but they always have been so far. I had to go to the accounts retention side of things and they offered the $89/year deal first. I declined & then she offered the better deal of $29/6 months without hesitation. All they need to hear on the recorded line is it costs too much & you'll just cancel.
Thanks,
Joe T.

do any of these deals work for sirius radio? I know the companies merged i thought. But we just go new used car with Sirius but the subscription expired from previous owner. Wondering what angle to play to get the discount.
